Coffee stains are so common ! To know how to remove them is a must.
Rub the stain with slightly wet natural soap such as ‘Savon de Marseille’ or Fairy bar soap.
Leave a while and then lather.
You can also apply warmed glycerine on the coffee stain and rinse with slightly vinegary water.
- You can also remove these stains with a cloth dampened with a 50/50 mix of water and surgical spirit and then with white vinegar.
- You can also try to remove coffee stains with a mixture of lukewarm water and egg yolk. Let sit, and then rinse again with warm water.
- On silk, rub the stain with a cloth soaked in glycerin, then rinse with warm water.
Water and surgical spirit mixed together also give good results
For removing coffee stains on wool, dab the stain with a cloth soaked in ammonia and glycerine diluted in water (1 part glycerine to 6 of water)
